Internal elections: nominations open

Nominations are now open for the roles of Regional Administrative Officers (RAOs), the National Executive Committee post of Campaigns Officer, and for members of the new Board of Governors.

RAOs are responsible for organising member activity, and approving candidates within their region, and supporting the campaign efforts. Full details...

The Campaigns Officer is responsible for the organisation of the campaigning nationwide, working with Regional Administrative Officers and Party Candidates etc. to get our message out to as much of the electorate as possible. The Campaigns Officer is also legally responsible for reporting campaigns expenditure to the Electoral Commission. Full details...

The Board of Governors is a new structure within the party. It is a team of 12 members, responsible for proposing amendments to the party's Constitution and presenting them for ratification by a full vote of members at such times as they feel appropriate. Full details...

Candidates for these roles must be seconded by another member in good standing.

Nominations for RAOs and Campaigns Officer close at 22:30, May 31st.
Nominations for members of the Board close at 22:30, 17th June.
