Last week, we published an open letter alongside the Pirate Party US, addressed to the participants in the Anonymous 'Operation:Payback" campaign of DDoS attacks. The letter received coverage on TorrentFreak, and I was going to post it here, but I've have been away due to a family emergency for a few days. Sorry.
We, the undersigned, call upon you to immediately cease the Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks and to instead seek out a legal method to express your frustration and disquiet with the copyright industry, and their perversions of copyright law for personal gain.
