Is there a way you could implement an auto update script so that the region part of the user data is automatically read and sent over to the wiki so there is an up to date list of paid users of each region?

Do you mean user data of registered members, or user data entered into the "Location" field for forum members? If the former, it could cause privacy issues. If the latter (as it is "public" data on the forums), you have to hope that entries are entered in a somewhat uniform manner (yours includes the region for example, whereas mine just is the town). I would guess that the form location data would be accessible fairly easily from the database, but I don't know how the forum operates so can't say for certain.

i was under the impression that membership data i.e date joined and membership region that we all had to answer when signing up was publicly available but on a second check it seems that is not the case so the latter would be the more reasonable option. also I'm sure there is a script out there that could categorise most towns and cities into regions.

The wiki is a seperate system from the website and the forums and so there is no direct automatic bridge between them currently
