There are protests planned across Europe for Saturday the 11th of February, more info here.

Hope to see plenty Pirates at the Glasgow protest. Look for a guy with a PPUK t-shirt and banner

Hello I was the one who set-up anti-acta facebook page and a few of the members want to meet up before the protest to get to know each other and get a plan going before 11th do you think that would be possible and if any members of ppuk want to come

We'll be about tomorrow, or rather today (Saturday), with a stall on Buchanan Street til about 2 o'clock and then will retire to the Starbucks on Nelson Mandela Place after. If you're about feel free to pop by. Otherwise I've PM'ed you my number we could arrange something for Sunday, or during the week.

Sorry I missed you guys, I went to the wrong Starbucks :oops:

I'm working overnight Fri/Sat again but will try to make it on the 11th, I should be able to find George Square without a GPS :oops:

Does anyone know do we need permission to assemble in a group to protest ?

Hi when I Spoke to Finlay he said that he would look into the legal issues so hopefuly will all be sorted out before the day.

I think the protest went really well, with many well informed attendees jumping up to address the crowd. Plus lots of people, who are not Pirates, from all walks of life turned up to protest this issue. I do hope that at least some will join us and help strengthen The Party.
