South West By-Elections

A thread for discussing Local Council By-Elections in the South West, just like in the other regional sections of the forums.

The South West is rather dry by the looks of things but there should be one coming up soon for Poole Council, with the news that The Leader of the Council, Conservative Brian Leverett died yesterday (May he Rest in Peace) so a by-election should be expected rather soon. Is there anyone here from Poole willing to run when it happens?

Just 1 upcoming By-Election in the area atm, for the Gloucestershire County Council in the "Rodborough" ward with the date tbc. I doubt we have any members up in the area but if there are, are any of you willing to stand?
