IPO Copyright Reform Consultation

Postby Duke » Sun Mar 18, 2012 4:07 pm

For those not aware of it: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/pro-policy/consul ... yright.htm

Deadline is Wednesday, so it would be great if anyone who has a spare moment could have a look into it. There are over 100 questions (although not all will be relevant), so I suggest people have a skim through and add any thoughts they might have on any particular questions to the PiratePad already set up, then I will try to put it all together.

If you use the PiratePad, please try to pick a unique colour and introduce yourself in the Chat, so we know who is suggesting what.

The full consultation document (warning, 171 pages) is here in pdf, or here as a .doc.

Right, I've written up a whole lots of stuff in the pirate pad, certainly something to get people started. Some original ideas from me are in there, so feel free to question their inclusion into a official response, unless I've made some genuine mistakes everything I've written is aligned with party policy.
