Directions from inside Waterloo station:
Take the Waterloo Road exit (stand with your back to platform 5 and it's the escalators on the other side of the concourse) and turn right, it's the next building over.
Directions from the Waterloo tube:
Take the Jubilee line (Waterloo Road) exit, walk past the McDonalds down the slope and it's the building in front of you.
There are also plenty of buses which will drop you right outside (pretty much any bus going to Waterloo goes past it)
