The Pirate Party welcomes the recent decision by the Crown Prosecution Service that to continue with the prosecution of torrent site administrators is not in the public interest.

The CPS dropped the case after the defence argued they could not provide any evidence that any copyright infringement occurred or that FileSoup was involved in distributing unlawful material.
