Start of NEC meeting
Apologies: Andy Robinson, Peter Liddell
Getting the manifesto directly linked on the front page. Philip has spoken to Tom about this, who is doing an update of the website which will include this. Peter has told Tom not to wait for any more information from candidates and Tom hopes to get the redesign all live for tomorrow.
Tom would like someone to check that they're happy with the way the manifesto is displayed on the redesigned site. Everyone present was happy with the new design.
Concern over the bank account and making deposits.
Action: Miah will talk to Peter Liddell and Andy Robinson regarding this and find a way forward.
Need to get the PayPal details for all of the candidates and make sure that they have a bank account attached, then pass this information to Peter Liddell.
Action: Peter Brett is going to try and get this information.
Preparation for registration of candidates:
Graham is ready, Tim Dobson nearly ready, has election agent. The other two candidates, London candidate Alexander van Terheyden and South West Surrey candidate Luke Leighton are on course for doing this. Findlay Archibald in Glasgow has an election agent. Not sure about two in East Midlands or Mark Simms in East Ham? Not sure about Andy Robinson but he has the paperwork. No real headway with Jack Nunn.
Peter H. has volunteered to take on the East Midlands organisation role.
Funding situation looking healthy, we're over the £5000 mark with recent donations, in addition to membership.
