LK to provide PC with candidates list
GM to obtain required signatures for change of nominations form for EC
LK is to liase with GM to arrange for him to be made a signatory on the account

GM contacted PC on his role
AH to chase conference committe for an update next week
LK and AH set up new HSBC bank account
AH passed on candidate list to LK
PC placed election system on to the agenda for the web team meeting
NEC made availability clear on team collaboration site
PC filled out his section of EC form to update nominations officer and sent to GM
PC unable to obtain candidates list to get info
Electoral commission
Change of Nominations officer form is on route to GM who will ensure all needed signitures are gained and then submitted to EC
Jack Allnut is now officialy recognised by the party as deputy campaigns officer (EC forms to be submitted)
PB (Peter Brett) to be removed (Due to him stepping down from the role) as deputy campaigns officer
Finance Update
As mentioned in Matters Arising, the new HSBC bank account has been established with a personal contact for the acount
LK is to liase with GM to arrange for him to be made a signatory on the account.
GM recieved paperwork form BoS to indicate he is now recognised on that account.
LK and MG to liase to transfer money from BoS to HSBC.
Web update
No new updates - IT team working through their ToDo list.
LK commented that he was happy with progress and initiative being taken on the web front

Board elections to be opened as two week campaigning period has now elapsed

LK commented on riots and how this must not be used as an excuse to clamp down on civil liberties
