The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Party administrator
Need to confirm how this works with other possible roles e.g. Treasurer. Acting as treasurer is not itself an issue compared to other roles.
Members wishing to put themselves forward for Treasurer should do so as soon as - JohnB will update/confirm this.

Manifesto
Manifesto launched: Scotland 2011 and general manifesto
Campaigning model
Structured set of questions has been used for canvassing, gathering information on response - share and apply e.g. how many people have heard of the Pirate Party, how many have heard of specific candidate, etc.
Loz Kaye will share details of activitys so far with Finlay A for Scotland.
Campaigning update
Campaigns underway in Bury and in Scotland.
Other business
Graeme: Twitter joke trial gig - good to be aware of what's going on, also need to focus our energies e.g. elections we face at this point.
Ed (tuoni) for web team has some specific questions on analytics, Loz will send on details to NEC list.
Miah: reminder re accounts, current status? Loz Kaye confirms letter issued to PeteL, No confirmations/response received.
JohnB will talk to electoral commission regarding removal of treasurer.
