Minutes of previous meeting
Minutes from the 8th May 2011 meeting have been approved.
Treasurer
Gav has been elected as the new treasurer.
Action: Miah to add Gav to the officers mailing list.
Action: Miah to liaise with Gav to begin the treasury handover in a controlled manner.
Campaigns spending
Peter Brett noted that regional lists fall under party campaign spending, so we need to report this on our RP11.
Action: Peter Brett will get in touch with Finlay Archibald regarding this.
Campaigns Officer Elections
NEC voted to open the vote this weekend, most likely on Sunday.
There was a discussion as whether to have a campaigning period, but it was felt that keeping to the usual timetable was best so as to establish the new team as quickly as possible.
