Matters arising
Electoral commission forms
Has the RP8 form been received and actioned by the electoral commission? Action: Peter Liddell needs to check this and let the NEC know via the mailing list.
Forms for change of officers Loz Kaye and Peter Brett
Has Peter Liddell signed the forms and forwarded them? Action: Peter Liddell to email the mailing list with the current status of this.
Leader’s question thread
Loz Kaye has been talking with Tom Lilley to get this set up, and hopes it will be in place from next week.
Forward strategy - addressing finding more key activists
Loz Kaye set out his plans for the next few months. The idea of some kind of event to focus attention on the party was mooted, and the idea that was mentioned was a ‘bonfire of freedom’. Loz Kaye will talk to Will Tovey about this.
NEC meeting date/time
Suggestion that we move to Monday 9pm, however for next weeks meeting we will stick with 7.30pm.
Any other business
Andrew Tindall mentioned that the AV referendum is definitely happening, so we should be having a party vote on whether to support YesToAV/NoToAV/no policy.
