Oldham update
- Signatures of electors got
- Certificate of authorisation printed
- Forms taken to electoral services
- Deposit transfer initiated, due to arrive for Loz Kaye tomorrow (Tue 21 Dec)
Last step: Issue of an address in constituency/neighboroughing constituency
Either require a PPUK volunteer living in the right place, or could open a "virtual office" at £50 per month for post collection (minimum term 3 months)
Loz has interview requests starting.
Tech team support
Require an "Alternate tech admin" as well as Tom L to be available. JB will contact Daniel Hertz (MonkeyJam) to ask if he could (1) perform that role (2) failing that recommend a Pirate with the necessary skills to do so? and also cc: to TomL.
DPA form required for secondary tech admin.
RAO nominations
RAO nominations will be extended to end of year with everything else going on, JB will email region members and ask any further candidates to put themselves forward.
Scottish candidate nominations
Finlay A to chase Scots members for more nominations Action: Miah to confirm whether or not Andy P's form has been received by snail mail.
