Merchandising
Peter Brett has been talking Chris Mole about taking this on this week. Peter Brett is waiting on a PPUK email alias being set up, and he will be added to the officers mailing list after that has been done. Andrew Robinson will add him to the Spreadshirt account once this is done.
Andrew Robinson has done the new sticker design for Peter Brett. Action: Peter Brett will get the technical folks from the sticker manufacturer to contact Andrew Robinson directly to finalise graphics format etc.
Forthcoming elections

Progress with bank accounts
Andrew Robinson has sent the co-op form to Miah Gregory, who received it and is completing the form. The minutes of the extraordinary NEC meeting prior to this meeting will be sent off with this form to confirm the changes required. Miah Gregory needs to locate someone locally to countersign a copy of the minutes as being a true likeness(!) Still waiting to hear about the new Bank of Scotland account, but we were not expecting to hear any more about this until next week.
Freshers
Finlay Archibald has ordered the flyers, and they should arrive by Friday. Peter Brett requested some flyers. Action: Peter Brett to email Finlay Archibald his address and details of how many required.
Andrew Robinson is working on setting up a Pirate Party group at Worcester University and will need flyers approximately two weeks from now. Action: Andrew Robinson to email Finlay Archibald details of how many flyers required.
Peter Brett asked whether we have had any incoming hits to the student page. Action: Peter Brett will contact web team to find out about this.
Internal election progress
Yorkshire and Humberside has now finished. Vivan Jayant was elected unanimously.
Membership reports
John Barron wants to add September data to make sure the way he’s analysing the data is correct.
Problems with membership renewals. Miah Gregory contacted Tom Lilley and Peter Liddell last week to try and the issues here resolved. This is still outstanding and Miah Gregory will chase this again.
Any other business
Andrew Tindall gives his apologies for next weeks meeting, as he will be dealing with his freshers week. Action: Andrew Tindall will email Finlay Archibald with an address to email flyers to.
Miah Gregory gave his apologies for not publishing last weeks meeting minutes on time, and thanked Peter Brett for publishing them in his stead.
This meeting was Andrew Robinson’s last as Party Leader, and the NEC thanked him for his input to the party to date, and was encouraged by his intent to continue his effort with the University group he is setting up.
The NEC asked if Andrew Robinson could attend next weeks NEC meeting to assist with handover to the new Party Leader. Andrew Robinson confirmed he can attend.
RAO’s. We have still not had back any more signed data protection disclaimer forms, ie. only one person has returned their form. Andrew Tindall offered to chase one of these, and Finlay Archibald would chase another. Miah Gregory will send out a blanket email to those remaining encouraging them to get this organised soon.
Disciplinary sub-committee
The sub-committee is still considering courses of action.
