Treasury update
Paperwork sent to Loz to sign and send to Electoral Commission to update Treasurer on their records.
Gavin to liase with Miah to hand over access to treasury and related resources

Elections started today for two weeks to end Sunday 5th
Peter Brett to send out email informing members

It was discussed running a candidate debate. Waiting to confirm a date. likely to be IRC
Web Team Leader
Discussed Candidates for the role of Web Team Leader - Ed Geraghty, NEC voted unanimously to elect Ed to this position
Phil to arrange handover to happen within the next couple of weeks before the end of the Month
Phil has been working on expanding the core team to provide new web team leader with a team to work with
Ed to be invited to next NEC meeting to discuss his new role
East Midlands RAO
Liam stepped forward as a potential Discussed appointing Liam as acting RAO John Barron to contact Liam and discuss this.

Finlay mentioned that there may be a new by-election in inverclyde as the previous MP passed away.
Aberdeen council by-election taking place soon - A member (PlanetNiles) has shown interested in standing for this.
The role of Scottish RAO was raised. new elections should be called.
Briefly mentioned PPI and our communications. Finlay stated that as he is now on the Board, he may be able to help when attempting to communicate with fellow PPI member parties.
NEC voted and decided to proceed with renting a virtual office for the Party's registered address. Miah to make the arrangements.
Finlay to supply Peter Brett with campaigns expenditure/expenses for Scotland.
