Last weeks minutes to be distributed to NEC for approval. Peter Brett to update wiki with all approved minutes not present
Privacy / Twitter
Concerns discussed over the balance of Privacy vs Freedom of Speech - relating to the recent Twitter/Injunction issues. It was agreed that providing facts such as the blog posts seen on the front page (by Will Tovey) were a good way to address these issues.
Finance handover update
Electoral Commission paperwork has been filled in and returned. GM to liase with Miah to get access to the party bank account. GM to follow up on the membership status of akerbeltz GM to also follow up and ensure all other pending membership applications are checked and completed
Web Team Update
Phil Cooke and Ed Geraghty provided an update on the progress of the handover Phil Cooke to have handedover completely by Tuesday 31st of May
The possibility of moving host was discussed and agreed that this is an issue for the web team to look into

John Barron awaiting response from a member potentially willing to act as East Midlands RAO Finlay to be asked for election expenditure/expenses relating to the Scottish elections just passed. Member Andy Halsall has secured the Pirate Party a stall at Peace in the Park in Sheffield next weekend (4th of June). Ed Geraghty and Loz kaye looking to attend the Peace in the Park gig.
