Minutes of previous meeting are being approved via the mailing list.
Webteam
The NEC talked through the various posts on http://www.pirateparty.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3011 and it was agreed by those present that LeonardChallis should go forward as web team leader.
Action: Loz Kaye will contact LeonardChallis.
PPUK Conference

Graeme Lambert sent out an email to members asking about this.
The Green Threat
Discussion on the problem of members switching away to other parties.
Scotland
Upcoming By-elections in Kilpatrick and Paisley
These are council by-elections.
Kilpatrick is on 3rd March, Paisley still TBA.
Manifesto
Progress on this had died down, but has recently flared back up. Finlay proposed a cut off date of Monday next week for members to propose policies.

Finlay Archibald as acting RAO
NEC agreed that Finlay should have full access to all RAO data until the next election of a Scottish RAO.

HMRC corporation tax submission late
PeteL will refund the £100 fine to the party.
Party registered address
Miah suggested that we look at a virtual office/mailbox in Glasgow.

Voting confusion
A brief discussion on the random ordering of voting options.
Mini bus for conference
Long discussion on IRC about this.
Action: Peter Liddell to get prices for dorm, email Graeme Lambert with prices to quote members.
Action: Graeme Lambert to email all southern members with details and request confirmation of intention to use either package, and state that upon receiving 15 people wanting to use bus, will request payment. Graeme Lambert will also email requesting a driver, and offer the whole weekend for free for them, including dorm.
