Scottish elections being prepared for by the campaigns team and will be discussed next on Wednesday.

Membership status update

Peter Brett has posted a draft to the mailing list, which has generally been accepted, with a few comments. Action: Loz Kaye will talk to Peter Liddell about finalising this.

Process and timing of updating manifesto for 2011

Will Tovey and Andrew Robinson both heavily involved in creating the previous manifesto.

Peter Brett pasted a link to http://www.co-ment.net/ which may be useful for collaboration.

Update needs to be done at least a week prior to the conference so that media can be prepared.

Action: Loz Kaye will contact Andrew Paliwoda to discuss.

Constitutional consultation

Comments have been fed back to the board via the mailing list.

Scottish election campaign planning

There was a meeting last night on IRC. Peter Brett is trying to write this up and build up a plan of action, and intends to focus the majority of his attention on the Scottish elections for the next few months.

Bank accounts

Bank of Scotland account is now open, and Peter Liddell is in the process of transferring the Paypal balance to this account.

No news yet on the co-op bank account changes. Miah has asked Andrew Robinson to look into the current status of these changes.

Any other business =

In the past week, Loz Kaye attended the gig organised by Shaun Dyer in Leicester. It was a good evening and was fully packed. We got to share our message with a constituency which is perhaps outside our “core” idea of members etc. Very useful kind of event and Loz hopes Shaun Dyer can share his experience so that we can perhaps run more of these events.
