Start of web team meeting
Tom joined the call.

Big questionnaire to email out to membership mid-week, hopefully.
Candidate pages being planned.
Tom asked whether Eric's access should be reduced now - committee agreed that the treasurer handover is complete and this can now be done.
Tom left the call.
Start of NEC meeting
Last weeks meeting minutes approved.
Election date, still no news, but still looks likely to be the 6th May.
Manifesto progress. Draft manifesto circulated on officers mailing list today by Philip.
Still more to put up on the wiki, and the process of tidying/consistency will need to happen once the content is agreed.
We need to flesh out the patents section, which is based on the Swedish version.
Plan to send another email out to membership.
Merchandising, new web shop is online.
Election for Data Controller, two candidates, Miah and korvalis. Andy will put up the candidate questionnaires tonight.
Deputy officers/spreading workload - agreement that NEC officers can appoint these as required. Only proviso here is for deputy treasurers where there are legal requirements with respect to the electoral commission.
On Tuesday Andy is giving a speech at Warwick University. The BBC will be recording for their 'Click' TV program.
