Minutes
The previous minutes from 31th October unanimously approved.
Matters arising
The 2011 page on the website had been changed
Blog post email to round it off would be issued with the policy document to keep the process moving.
GM to put together a Press release relating to the PPUK and the occupy
LK and AH talked briefly about next steps in the policy process
LK was to contact Harry wrt releases.
AH involved himself in one of the press releases, the other didn't seem to have reached a conclusion.
AH would deal with the blank mandate this week.
A link to the party was included on the facebook page.
AH was to get stats from ED regularly.
Policy
GM raised a question about the suggestions that had been sent in to the process via email and wondered if they would be included in the process, AH stated that they would be, as would any other suggestions that arrived via twitter or any other means before he had completed the proposal document. AH briefly explained how the next stage was progressing and stated that his initial aim to have the proposal document put together within a week had been optimistic, looking at it now he would aim to have the document complete within 2 weeks.
Occupy Everywhere
GM asked whether the NEC had any concerns or questions. AH asked if there was any way of the party being more visible in this area. PC asked whether we could find out who within the party was already involved in OWS so that we could look at their contributions. GM pointed out that OWS were looking at how they dealt with political parties and would come back to inform the NEC of what they decided when they had. GM stated he wanted to know if other party members were involved too.
Press for this week
AH made point that he spoke to harry on the press release mailing list, GM wanted tyo engage all people on the press team. AH pointed out that the press release that had gone out hadn't seem a lot of involvement of the press team and asked whether it had appeared on the mailing list, he was informed that it had not. PC stated he wanted to pull press team into the NEC on occasion, NEC agrees. AH to invite harry to the NEC on the 21st.
GM asked about spokespeople. AH stated that he wanted to get them more involved. PC and AH will verify spokespeople and put up new page with their details
HF would be added on to team. colaboration system by Ed Geraghty at the request of GM .
PC brought http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/11/07/data_matching_not_key_to_individual_electoral_registration/ to the attention of the NEC and the NEC briefly discussed individual voter registration.
Stats
AH suggested he would create a pdf of the stats weekly to go with the stats and work out a better way of issuing them with the minutes.

AH would also speak to SO with regard to analytics and facebok stats. The reported statistics for facebook wher ethat active users were up, there had been a 22% increase in likes, but visits were down 39 on the previous week.

GM - GM asked AH about the volunteer organisation and Banking.
PC - Asked who owned the current domain name.
HF would get steve to next meeting on conference GM clarified that there would be a cinference meeting on sunday.
Actions
