Queens Speech approaching, need to start thinking about this.
Constituency organisations should be set up when the time is right, likely to be around 10 members in an area. Suggestion that constituency organisations should be strongly encouraged to take on much of the administrative burden associated with the new group to minimise the impact on the central party. Elections for all posts, central or otherwise, in January. Action: Andy will announce these details.
Ratification of new positions and responsibility. Action: Andy to contact Gavin about voting software.
Featured Artists Coalition have taken a move towards the Mandelson position, and Andy has been unable to make contact with them - AIR letter. Suggestion that we should now change direction and announce to the party that we've been trying hard to contact them but that they don't appear to be interested in opening discussions. Action: Philip will post some blogs on this topic, Andy will email the membership regarding current progress.
Andy has had no response from Fergal Sharkey.
We have completed the transfer of money from the PayPal account to the Co-op bank account.
