Data Controller
The office of data controller shall be to ensure that all public information is made public, in order for transparency to be attained, and to ensure all private information is private, to ensure the privacy of our individual members.
Public Information
This refers to all minutes of meetings and all official documents within the PPUK. All financial statements are also Public Information and will be updated ASAP. A public members list, on an opt-in basis, to preserve privacy will also be shown.
Private Information
Our members are allowed to reserve the right to privacy, as privacy is something the PPUK is aiming to safeguard. Thus an opt-in system for the public members list is necessary and choice in the amount of information shown is available. The only mandatory information for the public members list, should they choose to opt in, will be first name, year of birth and local constituency/ies, all other columns will be optional for the public list, but are mandatory for the private list.
Private Members List
The necessary information columns shall be:
First Name, Middle Name(s), Surname, Date of Birth (excluding year), Year of Birth, Local Constituency/ies, Postal Address, Phone Number, e-mail
This is set out in this way to allow ease for the integration of the public and private members lists.
