It attempts to answer the questions "Who is responsible for X?", "How do I contact the person responsible for X?" and "Who has authority over whom for what tasks?".

Leader

National Executive Committee (NEC)
The NEC consists of the leader, plus the following officers:
- Nominating Officer: John Barron ()
- Campaigns Officer: Philip Hunt ()
- Data Controller: Miah Gregory ()
- Treasurer: Peter Liddell ()
The NEC is the governing body of the Party. Decisions are made by a simple majority of members; if a vote is a tie, the leader has the casting vote.
As per the constitution, all members of the NEC are elected for a two year term. The next scheduled elections are in January 2012.
In addition, the NEC have co-opted the following officers to work alongside them:
