Taunton or Exeter would be fairer locations if you hope to get anyone but Bristolians to turn up. I can maybe get to a Bristol meet but it's over an hours drive and I'm 'not that far' from Bristol, realistically no one outside of Somerset will be able to make it. -—Preceding unsigned comment added by Abedecian (talk • contribs)

If people from greater distances want to attend then it can be changed, however, if there is no need to, Bristol is far more likely to have suitable accessible venues than smaller places. In the long run, I intend to set up a south and west meetings, which can rotate on locale within those areas. - Abedecian ~ Talk to me and you get cake! 23:13, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Perhaps there needs to be a pragmatic approach to meeting up. I'm all for trying to go ahead with a meeting of people who are available, especially if it's in Bristol. Any other takers?--Achean ~ Talk to me 11:59, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
