Candidates

#1 Rob Harris

During his time at university, Rob was very involved in student politics, having twice contested elections at the Strathclyde Student Union and won. Having become involved with the Pirate Party during the 2010 General Election campaign and attending the Glasgow count on election night, Rob is now topping the West of Scotland regional list.

#2 Laura Riach

At 19, Laura, from Kirkintilloch, is the Pirate Party's youngest candidate. She was one of the main organisers of the Pirate Party's first party conference earlier this year in Glasgow, which was a great success.

#3 Andrew Paliwoda

Andrew, from Milngavie, is currently the party's Regional Administrative Officer for Scotland. He has previously represented Pirate Party UK at the first Pirate Parties International (PPI) conference in Brussels in 2010, which saw the official foundating of PPI. Before he joined the Pirate Party, Andrew was a Lib-Dem, and Secretary General of Liberal Youth Scotland, but left because he disagreed with the direction of the party.

#4 Miah Gregory

Miah runs a small business in Renfrewshire, and is currently the Pirate Party's Data Controller.
