General Election candidates for Bridgend and Ogmore announced

The parliamentary candidates for next month’s General Election have been officially announced for both the Bridgend and Ogmore constituencies.

Since 2001 the Bridgend constituency has been represented by Labour’s Madeleine Moon, of Porthcawl, who will be defending her seat in May.

The Bridgend candidates, announced last week, also include Aaron David, from Bridgend (Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition), Anita Dawn Davies, from Bridgend (Liberal Democrats), David Anthony Elston, from Bridgend (Pirate Party UK), Meirion Jenkins, from the Sutton Coldfield constituency in Birmingham (Conservative Party), Caroline Jones, from Bridgend (Ukip), Adam John Lloyd, from Bridgend, (National Front), James Christopher Radcliffe, from Bridgend (Plaid Cymru), Les Tallon-Morris, from Bridgend (Independent) and Tony White, from Neath (Green Party).
